Grading, drainage lines, and any wall or base work come first. This gives everything we plant a stable foundation.

Next, we install your hardscape, sod, and plants. We then zone your irrigation and test it against the finished layout.

Before we call the job done, we walk the finished site with you and share care and watering notes for the first season.
